You will design and optimize Qualtrics surveys and workflows, build dashboards, and automate insights generation across retail, hospitality, and service channels. Collaboration with IT and business teams is essential to integrate data sources and deliver action-ready metrics to executives.

Qualifications

• Design, build, and maintain Qualtrics surveys, workflows, dashboards, ticketing processes, and reporting structures.
• Develop measurement frameworks for key customer experience metrics such as NPS, CSAT, CES, trust, loyalty, and issue resolution.
• Experience with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar analytics tools.
• Collaborate with retail, eCommerce, loyalty, contact center, and digital teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience programs across multiple touchpoints.
• Automate insights generation and support next-best-action decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to define objectives, sample plans, and analysis approaches.
