Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Nashville seeks a Lead Data Analyst within Customer Insights & Data Analytics.

This senior role leads complex analytics initiatives, translates data into actionable insights for Marketing and the business, and guides projects from concept through delivery. You will design dashboards, manage data integration across systems, ensure data quality, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IT and other units to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent.
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent, preferred.
• 6+ years in applied projects with digital transformation and data management.
• 6+ years in creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis in cloud environments.
• 4+ years as an individual contributor in a key team role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical products for executive leadership; own project planning and ad hoc reporting guidance.
• Design scalable reporting frameworks across product lines and segments; manage workstreams and timelines.
• Lead comprehensive customer and market analyses to support Marketing strategy and decision making.
• Establish best practices for data accuracy and integrity; steward data assets and guide team improvements.
• Lead acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis of data from multiple systems; coordinate data-related activities with timelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
