Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking an experienced senior leader to design, operate, measure, and transform exceptional utility customer service experiences. You will drive strategic roadmaps, deploy future-state visions, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable customer, operational, and financial outcomes.

You will own workstreams, engage executives, facilitate workshops, and guide clients through high-impact transformations, including automation and AI initiatives, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in Strategy or Management consulting.
• Experience creating and implementing experience design, data-driven insights and analytics.
• Proven ability to engage senior client leaders and facilitate workshops.
• Track record leading large-scale transformations and mentoring teams.
• Experience originating sales from ideation to proposals and RFPs.
• Knowledge of automation, AI and agentic solutions for utilities.

Responsibilities

• Own workstreams and manage client stakeholders through assessment to implementation.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and deploy future-state service roadmaps.
• Develop and mentor team members and create thought leadership.
• Originating sales and shaping proposals and RFPs.
• Drive automation and AI initiatives across utilities customer processes.
• Travel may be required (0–100%) depending on business needs.
