Job summary

SiTime Corporation seeks a senior customer engineer or system architect focused on datacenter, AI, and communication markets. You will be the timing expert, trusted advisor to key customers, and own pre-sale and post-sale technical activities to drive design-wins and revenue growth.

You will lead clock-tree discussions, translate customer needs into architectural guidance, and enable sales with targeted technical content and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 10+ years of applications and design engineering experience in datacenter, AI, networking or telecom.
• Proven track record of establishing deep technical relationships with system designs and architects.
• Strong business acumen connecting technical solutions to customer needs.
• Strategic thinker with ability to debug and solve complex issues in high-speed systems.
• Deep understanding of time synchronization architectures and systems.
• Knowledge of GR-1244, IEEE1588/PTP, NPT, GPS/GNSS, G.8262 preferred.
• Hands-on experience with timing measurement instrumentation desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain deep technical relationships with system architects and technical leadership at key customers.
• Convert opportunities into qualified design-wins by architecting SiTime solutions and driving pre-/post-sale activities.
• Lead clock tree and system architecture discussions to position SiTime as the preferred solution.
• Develop and deliver technical content and training to enable sales to progress opportunities.
• Translate customer requirements into inputs for product roadmap and strategy, aligning across product, marketing, and engineering.
