A leading digital engineering solutions company is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer (Cloud and AI Apps) to work remotely. In this role, you will lead architecture designs and technical delivery ensuring excellence in Azure AI and cloud solutions. The ideal candidate has expert-level proficiency in Azure AI Search, Vision, and Speech, and strong skills in Python, .NET, and Java. The annual salary ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid vacation, and a learning management system.

Qualifications

• In-depth experience with Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience leading architecture design and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Understanding of the CI/CD lifecycle.

About the Role

• Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture designs, POCs, and MVPs for Azure AI, Containers, and GitHub.
• Own end‑to‑end technical delivery, ensuring delivery excellence and consumption growth.
• Partner with customer IT and business leaders to design secure, scalable solutions.
• Develop repeatable intellectual property (IP) to accelerate deployments.
• Oversee the health, resiliency, and security of mission‑critical workloads.

Minimum Qualifications

• Expert‑level proficiency in Azure AI Search, Vision, and Speech.
• Azure AI & Foundry: Expert‑level proficiency in Azure AI Search, Vision, and Speech.
• In‑depth experience with Azure AI Foundry.
• Proficiency in Python, .NET, TypeScript, and Java.
• Experience leading architecture design and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• AKS (Kubernetes), App Service, APIM, and Cloud PAAS/IAAS.
• GitHub Actions, Administration, and Advanced Security.
• Azure DevOps and understanding of the CI/CD lifecycle.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000- 130,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
