Job summary

Eleks in Lviv is seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Manager to join our Government Business Unit and lead complex tender-based presales engagements.

You will manage end-to-end bid processes (RFI, RFP, tenders), coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure submissions are high quality, compliant, and competitive for government and public sector opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT services presales, bid management, or similar roles.
• Experience managing complex RFPs, RFIs, or tenders.
• Strong project management and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of SDLC, delivery models, and commercial engagement models.
• Experience with technical and commercial proposal documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to deliver under strict deadlines.
• Experience with government or public sector tenders (USA/UA).
• Familiarity with bid management methodologies and best practices.

ABOUT PROJECT

The role focuses on managing end-to-end bid processes, including RFI, RFP, and formal tender responses, leading cross-functional team, and ensuring high-quality, compliant, and competitive submissions.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in IT services presales, bid management, proposal management, or a similar role within the IT outsourcing industry
• Practical experience managing complex RFPs, RFIs, or formal tender submissions
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and parallel activities
• Good understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle (SDLC), delivery models, and commercial engagement models
• Experience working with technical and commercial proposal documentation
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly when interpreting complex tender requirements
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Advanced)
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver under strict deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience managing government or public sector tenders (USA/UA)

WOULD BE A PLUS

• Understanding of public procurement procedures, compliance requirements, and government contracting practices
• Experience with structured bid management methodologies and APMP best practices
• APMP/PMP certification or relevant
• Experience developing proposal win strategies, executive summaries, and value propositions
• Experience using AI tools to support bid development, document analysis, and proposal quality assurance
• Experience managing several complex bids simultaneously
