Job summary

ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is seeking a Senior/Lead .NET Developer to join a cross-border team in Ukraine, Poland, or Croatia. You’ll lead technical design and drive architectural decisions while mentoring engineers and coordinating delivery of a biotechnology workflow platform.

The role requires strong .NET/C#, distributed systems experience, TDD, CI/CD, and excellent English. You will collaborate with customer architects and stakeholders to refine scopes and implement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with .NET / C#
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles
• Experience designing distributed systems and microservice architectures
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and modern development practices
• Experience with event-driven and asynchronous programming
• Experience with TDD and automated testing approaches
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of Clean Code principles, SOLID, and Dependency Injection
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level of English

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, architecture, and implementation of the system
• Drive the technical vision of the solution and define implementation approaches for new capabilities
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the development team
• Take ownership of technical decisions and help define implementation strategy
• Drive planning sessions and ensure delivery milestones are met
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into implementable solutions

ABOUT PROJECT

The project’s main goal is to develop a sub-team to build an advanced biotechnology platform for next-generation patient therapies. The team’s focus is on developing workflow validation capabilities that verify process correctness using AI and generate real-time guidance and instructions for operators.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience with .NET / C#
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles
• Experience designing distributed systems and microservice architectures
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and modern development practices
• Experience with event-driven and asynchronous programming
