Job summary

Graphic Packaging International seeks a Customer Advocate II to champion service across national and global accounts. You’ll balance customer needs with company strategy, coordinating with sales, warehouses, mills, scheduling, and logistics to ensure excellence in delivery and invoicing.

You will use Panther for order management and build strong cross-department relationships while maintaining inventory efficiency and proactive customer communications.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in customer service, supply chain or logistics.
• Experience working cross-functionally to resolve service issues.
• Familiarity with Panther or similar ERP systems for order management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause focus.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments with customer focus.

Responsibilities
