Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring for several full and part-time Lead Janitor positions at Arizona State University West Valley - 13351 N. 47th Ave., Glendale, AZ 85306. Online applications are accepted only.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial experience.
• Supervising experience.
• Ability to train team members.

Responsibilities

• Train custodial associates in customer service, safety and company policies.
• Conduct one-on-one training as needed.
• Update training on janitorial equipment, PPE and chemical usage/safety.
• Provide feedback on new associates during orientation.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and related requirements.
• Perform building inspections and other duties as assigned.
