Job summary

Horry County Schools in Little River, SC, seeks a Custodial Supervisor V to manage maintenance, safety, and cleanliness at the assigned school. This role is the main contact for Building Services concerns at the site.

The supervisor will oversee custodial staff, coordinate preventive maintenance, monitor time records, open/close the building daily, and manage inventory and supplies in collaboration with the Assistant Manager Building Services.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma; technical degree preferred in crafts or maintenance.
• Minimum five years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work effectively with school personnel.
• Ability to manage inventory and property; read/write instructions; use data entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Survey facility needs and determine maintenance requirements daily.
• Generate and track work orders in SchoolDude.
• Supervise custodial staff in cleaning, disinfecting, and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure building opens/ secures each day and monitor time records.
