Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; technical degree in general crafts or maintenance preferred.
• Minimum five years of custodial or maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work with school personnel and manage inventory and property.
• Proficiency with basic data entry and word processing; comfortable with cleaning equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility cleaning and safety; act as main contact for Building Services.
• Develop training and performance improvement plans for custodial staff.
• Supervise custodial staff and ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed.
• Monitor time records, manage supplies, and coordinate with administrators.
