Job summary

The Custodial Services Manager at West Fargo Public Schools provides strategic leadership of custodial operations district-wide, supervising staff and evening supervisors, scheduling, training, and evaluating to meet district policies and regulations.

Works with the Director of Buildings & Grounds to manage budgets, staffing, equipment, safety programs, and compliance, supporting facility maintenance and events, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety across all facilities.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to supervise custodial operations district-wide.
• Minimum five years in custodial or facilities operations.
• Three years supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, inventory, and facility support services.

• Develop and manage custodial budgets and schedules.
