• Serve as primary Culture and Talent Business Partner to assigned departments.
• Retain top talent by integrating culture and addressing personnel priorities.
• Support management in resolving employee relations issues and recommending actions.
• Coach department heads in performance management, compensation, and decisions.
• Manage development plans and performance improvement programs, including terminations when needed.
• Respond to complaints, conduct internal investigations, and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with recruiting to anticipate department workforce needs and planning.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to departments as needed.
