Job summary

Stantec is seeking a senior cultural resources leader to guide NEPA analyses, technical studies, and permitting for western U.S. clients. You will manage archaeological and historical projects, directing large field studies and a regional cultural resources team.

You will mentor staff, lead business development, and oversee scopes, budgets, and schedules while maintaining professional external visibility with partner organizations.

Qualifications

• Professional writing and problem solving required.
• Experience leading Phase I and II Cultural Resource Surveys in the Southwest.
• Knowledge of NHPA/Section 106/110 processes and consulting.
• Registered Professional Archaeologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cultural resources projects and selected business development efforts.
• Manage and supervise a cultural resources team and field studies.
• Ensure high quality technical products with reviews and QA procedures.
• Lead proposals, scopes, budgets, and schedules for clients.
