Responsibilities

• Assist in ordering products to maximize department sales.
• May assist in writing weekly department schedules.
• Identify and address high-priority tasks first.
• Communicate clear expectations for assignments.
• Delegate responsibilities to Partners as appropriate.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain operating effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain standards for product freshness, safety, refrigeration and sanitation.
• Assist in merchandising to maximise sales.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to increase sales.
