Levy at American Airlines Center in Dallas seeks a Senior Executive - Culinary Innovations to shape forward-thinking culinary strategies, lead menu development, and partner with operations, purchasing, and finance to drive guest experiences and revenue.

You will oversee concept development, trend forecasting, and scalable implementations while aligning with brand storytelling and local flavors; travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 7–10+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience.
• Experience in multi-unit foodservice or sports/entertainment settings advantageous.
• Proven abilities in menu development, culinary innovation, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of innovative food and beverage concepts and guest experiences.
• Identify emerging culinary, beverage, wellness, and sustainability trends.
• Design, test, cost, and standardize new menus across channels with premium focus.
• Develop seasonal and limited-time offerings with scalable execution.
• Analyze costs, sales, and profitability to drive improvements.
