Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience in culinary arts required.
• 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations.
• Hands-on chef experience mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of food trends, production, sanitation, and presentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to participate in client satisfaction programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan regular and modified menus per guidelines.
• Follow standardized recipes, portioning, and presentation standards; use production worksheets.
• Train kitchen staff in food prep, safety, and sanitation.
• Establish cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment and areas.
• Maintain inventory within guidelines and ensure product availability.
• Decide on leftover food utilization within company guidelines.
• Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and audits.
• Participate in departmental meetings and staff development.
