Job summary

Boar’s Head Brand is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Prepared Foods Culinary Development to lead product concepts for retail and foodservice. You will drive development, testing, and rollout of Prpared Foods programs, collaborating with manufacturing, sales, and local purveyors to grow sales and ensure quality.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on kitchen experience with a focus on high-volume facilities and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have strong culinary arts background with leadership experience.
• Experience in product development, R&D, and commercialization.
• Knowledge of foodservice and retail environments is essential.

Responsibilities

• Represent and grow the Boar’s Head Brand across channels.
• Collaborate with Culinary Development and Prepared Foods teams.
• Oversee test kitchen facilities and scheduling with Commercialization Manager.
• Develop build sheets and training materials for store and manufacturing use.
• Create and communicate value propositions to Chefs and retailers.
• Assist in menu development for retail and foodservice concepts.
