Job summary
Insight Global seeks a Senior Network Engineer in Largo, FL to manage Cisco CUCM and Unity Connection, supporting secure enterprise voice and collaboration infrastructure in a 100% onsite environment. You will configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade CUCM/Unity, VoIP, SIP trunks, and related network gear, while ensuring DoD security compliance and partnering with cybersecurity teams.
The role requires TS/SCI clearance eligibility, mult platform experience (Windows/UNIX/Linux), and a strong
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Experience configuring CUCM and Unity Connection for enterprise/classified environments.
- Proficient with Juniper SRX, EX series routers and switches.
- Experience across Windows, UNIX, and Linux platforms.
- Solid understanding of OSI, IP addressing, sub-netting, TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP.
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or advanced degree with 3+ years.
- Must be able to attain DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ or CISSP preferred).
- CISSP certification or pursuing it; Master’s degree.
Responsibilities
- Manage Cisco CUCM and Unity Connection to support enterprise and/or classified environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot secure voice and collaboration infrastructure onsite in Largo, FL.
- Handle Tier III support, system upgrades, and documentation of changes.
- Maintain DoD security compliance and remediate vulnerabilities in a collaborative manner.
