Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Manager, Cyber Threat Intelligence to lead a team focused on understanding cyber adversaries and translating insights into security and business decisions. You will own CTI program execution, people management, and technical direction across collection, analysis, and intelligence engineering.

You will mature original intelligence from telemetry and external sources, prioritizing efforts, developing talent, and embedding intelligence into vulnerability management,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, security research, threat hunting, or related disciplines, including 3+ years managing technical security or intelligence teams.
• Demonstrated success building or maturing a CTI program with measurable security or business impact.
• Strong understanding of adversary tradecraft and how to evaluate research, hunt hypotheses, and detection logic.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and manage threat intelligence engineers and analysts, setting clear expectations for performance and delivery.
• Translate strategy into a CTI roadmap, and define staffing, tooling, and budget needs with leadership.
• Direct research into adversaries, campaigns, and techniques relevant to CoreWeave’s cloud and AI environment.
• Oversee threat intel platform development, ingestion, relationships, integrations, and automation.
• Establish regular intelligence-informed threat hunting and drive remediation priorities across teams.
