Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Manager, Cyber Threat Intelligence to lead the threat intelligence team responsible for understanding cyber adversaries targeting CoreWeave. You will translate intelligence into security decisions, and manage people, technical strategy, and program execution.

You will hire, coach, and develop engineers, drive the CTI roadmap, and own the threat intelligence platform and hunting program, integrating intelligence into vulnerability management, detection engineering,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cyber threat intelligence, security research, or related fields.
• 3+ years of direct management of security or intelligence teams.
• Proven CTI program that improved security operations or business decisions.
• Understanding of adversary tradecraft across cloud, identity, endpoint, and network.
• Experience with intelligence platforms, data integrations, and automation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for senior leadership briefings.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and manage threat intelligence engineers and analysts.
• Translate CTI strategy into roadmap, plans, and priorities.
• Research adversaries, campaigns, and attack techniques relevant to CoreWeave.
• Own threat intelligence platform development and operation.
• Establish a threat hunting program and integrate intel into workflows.
• Support incidents and measure program impact on detection and decisions.
