Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Director of Product Security to lead a highly technical security organization. You will define the strategy across product security, own vulnerability management, and drive a scalable program to protect AI workloads and tools.

You will mentor managers, coordinate with Cloud/Platform Security, and elevate secure development practices across the company. The role emphasizes securing AI products, threat modeling, and governance in CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in security or software engineering with emphasis on application security, vulnerability management or offensive security.
• 5+ years of security leadership, including managing managers and scaling teams.
• Proven track record building or running a product security program at a cloud provider, security company, or large SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for Product Security across CoreWeave, including app security, vulnerability management, offensive security, and product vulnerability response.
• Lead and grow a multi-team organization of managers and senior ICs; hire engineering managers for each function.
• Build an agentic vulnerability program to discover, triage, and remediate issues at scale and reduce risk classes.
