Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent work experience (10 years).
• 5 years of Estimating experience.
• 2 years’ experience in developing cost estimates on various proposals.
• Oil and Gas Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and deliver the commissioning execution strategy, schedule and cost.
• Support the Commissioning Estimate Manager on all commissioning activities.
• Ensure best practices for turnover, pre-commissioning, commissioning and maintenance processes.
• Establish system boundaries, scopes of work and turnover plans for proposal estimates.
• Prepare CSU budgets by studying home plans and identifying costs using historical benchmarking data.
• Coordinate bids from procurement, identify qualified subcontractors and negotiate pricing.
• Identify labor, material and time requirements from proposals.
• Interface with proposal schedulers to integrate CSU schedule into the master schedule.
