Zusammenfassung

RTX is seeking a security-focused professional to manage program security in a DoD environment at our Richardson, TX site. You will develop and implement security policies, conduct training, and coordinate audits and inspections to ensure continuous compliance with NISPOM, ICDs, and related directives.

Ideal candidates have CSSO background, DoD/NISPOM familiarity, and experience with SIMS/JPAS. Must be able to collaborate across organizational levels and travel as required.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience.
• Advanced degree with 3+ years of related experience.
• Prior CSSO experience.
• Experience in Government guidance including NISPOM/DoD Volumes.
• Experience with SIMS and JPAS databases.
• Experience with Joint SAP JSIG guidance.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance with DoD manuals and ICDs including NISPOM and related security directives.
• Provide security guidance for program operations and SOPs.
• Develop, obtain approval for, and implement security policies and documentation for the program.
• Create and administer security training and indoctrination programs.
• Conduct self-inspections and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with government inspections and implement corrective actions.
