Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Senior CSSC Front Line Representative in Brookshire, TX, to manage complex orders and deliver proactive, solution-oriented support to our Commercial Building Services partner network. You will coordinate cross-functional solutions to ensure on-time delivery, high customer satisfaction, and business growth.

You will analyze data using SAP and Power BI, lead business reviews with regional sales teams, and maintain CRM documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years in customer service, order management, or sales support in manufacturing or related industry.
• Proficiency with SAP, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools such as Power BI.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and drive business outcomes.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule based out of the Brookshire, TX facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex orders from entry through fulfillment, including project and data center orders.
• Provide timely, professional support via phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings with a 24-hour response target.
• Monitor at-risk orders, communicate delays, and coordinate resolution efforts across Operations, Logistics, Planning, and Supply Chain to minimize customer impact.
• Lead customer business reviews and collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Sales Engineers through regular meetings and regional calls.
• Analyze data using SAP and Power BI to identify trends, resolve issues, and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve escalated concerns including billing disputes, returns, credits, debits, and order-related issues while maintaining accurate CRM documentation.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Customer Sales & Support Center (CSSC) team, you'll create impact by building strong customer relationships and coordinating cross-functional solutions that drive on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Manage complex orders from entry through fulfillment—including project and data center orders—executing daily proactive order management to drive on-time delivery performance

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, delivering timely and professional support via phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings with a 24-hour response target

• High school diploma or GED required

• 3-5 years of customer service, order management, or sales support experience in manufacturing, distribution, or a related industry

• Proficiency with SAP, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools such as Power BI

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and drive business outcomes

• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule based out of the Brookshire, TX facility

It's a plus if you also:

• Associate degree from an accredited college or technical school

• Previous experience within the pump industry or a related technical field

• Experience creating and delivering professional presentations to internal and external stakeholders

The salary range for this position is $62,000 to $92,000. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile.
