GenoaBank in Sandusky, OH seeks a Supervisor for Customer Service Representatives to oversee CSR activities, maintain vault and cash balances, and ensure currency supply. The role provides guidance and on-the-job training to CSRs while ensuring compliance with bank procedures.

You will open new accounts, process transactions, and assist in meeting referral goals. The position requires a High School Diploma and at least 2 years of CSR experience, with some supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of bank CSR experience.
• Some supervision experience preferred.
• Ability to guide CSRs in complex transactions and balance customer needs.

Responsabilités

• Completes customer transactions.
• Answers customer questions and follows through with requests.
• Discusses and recommends products and services to customers.
• Provides access to safe deposit boxes.
• Assists CSRs in meeting referral goals.
• Ensures lobby and customer areas are neat and organized.
• Trains employees in retail areas as needed.
• Opens new checking, savings, CDs and other deposit accounts.
