CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and technical teams within Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) for talent management, learning, and HR initiatives.

The role focuses on designing, configuring, and supporting CSOD modules (Learning, Performance, Succession) across a global organization, coordinating UAT, and ensuring solutions align with strategic goals and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years hands-on Cornerstone OnDemand experience (LMS).
• Experience in large, global organizations with complex L&D environments.
• Recent Cornerstone certifications desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, HR, L&D and technical teams to translate needs into CSOD solutions.
• Gather, analyze, document and validate requirements for Cornerstone modules including Learning, Performance, and Succession.
• Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to identify challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Design end-to-end CSOD solutions aligned with talent management and learning strategies.
• Configure and support Cornerstone functionality meeting objectives, compliance, and best practices.
• Develop functional specs, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
