Qualifications

• Five years of professional civil engineering experience.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Washington.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from initiation to close-out on CSO program projects.
• Oversee scope, schedule, and cost baselines; monitor performance using EVM/CPM.
• Coordinate with city departments and external partners and manage permits.
• Apply PMBOK/TCM frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate project status and lead multi-agency collaboration.
