Job summary

Technosylva is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to ensure adoption, engagement, and retention of our wildfire and weather risk solutions. You will serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams, guiding fire agencies, meteorologists, and utilities through onboarding, training, and ongoing value realization.

This role emphasizes renewals, upsell opportunities, and data-driven success metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex client relationships in SaaS or technology-enabled environments.
• Excellent communication with senior-level stakeholders across agencies and utilities.
• Understanding of fire agency operations and incident command structures.
• Proven track record in driving renewals and account growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key clients, guiding them to value realization and retention.
• Own renewals and contribute to expansion opportunities with Sales teams.
• Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with product and Sales.
• Communicate product value and guidance to operational and technical stakeholders.
• Lead onboarding experiences and education resources for clients.
