Job summary

LotusWorks is seeking a CSA Project Manager to lead the on-site execution of civil, structural, concrete, and structural steel construction in a large-scale industrial facility in New Albany, Ohio.

You will work closely with the Director of Construction, contractors, subcontractors, and project controls to deliver scope on time and within budget while maintaining a strong safety culture and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture or related technical field preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of CSA construction activities focusing on structural concrete and steel.
• Manage projects from planning through closeout, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams, vendors and stakeholders.
