Job summary

LotusWorks is seeking a CSA Project Manager to lead on-site execution of civil, structural, concrete, and structural steel construction at a large industrial facility in New Albany, Ohio. You will work with the Director of Construction, contractors, and engineering teams to deliver scope on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, budgeting, and field leadership from planning through closeout while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Lead CSA construction planning and execution with focus on concrete and steel.
• Manage projects from planning through closeout, including scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and engineering teams.
• Review drawings, specs, schedules to identify issues and constructability concerns.
• Coordinate foundations, slabs, embeds, and structural steel activities.
• Ensure compliance with codes, quality requirements, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of CSA construction activities, focusing on structural concrete and steel.
• Manage projects from initial planning through construction, turnover, and closeout.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, controls, and change management.
• Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements for constructability.
• Coordinate with project controls to maintain schedules and progress reporting.
• Monitor contractor performance, manpower, productivity, and schedule progress.
• Identify and resolve RFIs, design changes, field issues, and constraints.
• Lead coordination meetings and field walks with stakeholders.
• Support safety culture and quality inspections during turnover and closeout.
• Provide regular status updates to the Director of Construction.
