World Wide Professional Solutions in West Lafayette, IN is seeking a highly skilled Civil, Structural, Architectural Project Manager / Superintendent to lead a large-scale Advanced Manufacturing/Technology construction project. The role requires proven on-site leadership across civil, structural, and architectural disciplines and a strong safety record.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of electrical construction experience on industrial or engineering projects.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience with CSA safety principles, NFPA and OSHA standards.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, P&IDs, single-line diagrams, and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Champion CSA safety performance and oversee safe execution of civil, structural, and architectural activities.
• Manage CSA safety risks through planning, daily field oversight, and coordination with safety teams.
• Define CSA objectives related to safety, scope, schedule, site management, quality, subcontractor change control, logistics, and site coordination.
• Serve as CSA owners representative overseeing and assisting General Contractor with site management and best practices.
• Participate in project decisions, act as client-facing representative when required, and foster relationships with on-site personnel.
• Coordinate with project team to engage in planning across disciplines.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Primavera P6 for schedule development and critical path analysis.
• Provide constructability input and practical recommendations to enhance buildability and resolve RFIs/Change orders.
• Lead CSA scope through close-out, punch lists, commissioning, validation, and room readiness.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and project governance; contribute to reviewing SOW and CPEPs.
• Track RFIs and submittals to prevent schedule impacts; maintain detailed site records.
