Job summary

WEKA is seeking a Senior CS Operations Manager to drive operational change across the Customer Success organization. You will lead projects end-to-end, designing playbooks, building internal tools, and translating data insights into scalable actions.

You will partner with Data Eng, BI, Finance, RevOps, Product, and Sales to ensure accurate, connected CS data infrastructure and implement workflows that streamline CS delivery at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CS Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or similar in B2B SaaS/enterprise tech.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end ops projects, not just data analysis.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce reporting and dashboards; experience with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own CS operational projects end-to-end including playbooks, workflows, and automation.
• Build and maintain internal tools, dashboards, and reporting for real-time visibility.
• Design CS playbooks for over-usage outreach, churn off-boarding, renewal prep, and proactive risk intervention.
