Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to partner with Named Commercial (Mid-Market) customers, driving adoption, retention, and expansion across our Employee Experience and Performance platform. You’ll build strategic success plans, lead executive reviews, and translate people science insights into action.

You’ll manage a broad book of business within a pod-model with Account Management, Renewals, and Account Executives.

Qualifications

3-6 years in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS.
Experience managing 70-80+ mid-market accounts with measurable outcomes.
Strong ability to influence executives and manage risk.
Proficient with data storytelling to translate usage into insights.

Responsibilities

Own a book of primarily Named Commercial (Mid-Market) customers and drive GRR and growth.
Lead QBRs with HR leaders, aligning usage to business goals.
Identify risks and expansion opportunities and execute mitigation plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes.
Leverage AI tools to synthesize insights and improve communications.
Document key moments in Vitally/Salesforce and track renewal progress.
