Qualifications

• BS/MS in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering with 5+ years crystallization process development
• PhD in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering with relevant experience
• Hands-on crystallization and solid-state analysis experience
• Experience with crystallization Process Analytical Technology (FTIR, FBRM, Raman, image analysis)

Responsibilities

• Develop isolation processes delivering desired API solid-state properties, purity and yield
• Execute hands-on process development and scale-up from benchtop to commercial manufacturing
• Apply PAT and process modeling to improve crystallization understanding and control
• Collaborate across drug substance/drug product teams and external suppliers
• Support cGMP compliance, risk assessments, deviations and documentation
