Job summary

Visa Hunt seeks a senior, autonomous operator to lead the on-chain treasury function. You will own the design, processes, tooling, and scaling of the treasury across multiple entities, including wallet architecture ownership over time.

You will drive incident response, operational drills, liquidity execution, and reporting to Finance and investors, with deep crypto ops and self‑custody discipline at the core.

Qualifications

• Crypto-native operator with hands-on experience in self-custody and DeFi/CeFi operations.
• Experience designing and operating in a multi‑entity, multi‑jurisdiction setup.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation, integrity and security of on-chain treasury across entities.
• Own incident response and post-mortems, escalation paths, and drills.
• Own liquidity positioning and hedging across wallets and chains.
• Own crypto and fiat payment execution and wallet signing workflow.
• Own treasury reporting and data quality for FP&A and investor diligence.
• Grow wallet architecture design ownership over time.
