Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services or fintech operations with FCM, broker-dealer, or listed derivatives experience.
• Analytical problem-solving in exception-based operations with prioritization and escalation.
• Product launch and operational readiness experience (UAT, playbooks, cutover plans).
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Risk, Compliance, Engineering.
• Interest in blockchain/cryptocurrency markets and ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own exception management across cash, positions, trades, and margin, including triage and durable fixes.
• Lead operational readiness for new product launches (UAT, playbooks, cutovers).
• Partner with Product, Risk, Compliance, Accounting, and Engineering to design scalable processes and controls.
• Establish monitoring, SLAs, KPIs, dashboards, and incident triage with clear escalation paths.
• Drive root cause analysis and post-mortems for product and process improvements.
• Identify and implement automation to reduce manual work.
