Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Crypto Product Compliance Lead to guide the development and launch of crypto products within strict regulatory standards. Based in New York or Menlo Park, the role requires in-person attendance at least 3 days weekly.

You will partner with Product, Legal, Risk, and Operations to review designs, disclosures, and processes; advise on AML, sanctions, consumer protection, and regulatory examinations; and lead compliance testing across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial services with crypto compliance experience.
• Experience advising on consumer protection and AML for crypto.
• Knowledge of MiFID and MiCA regulations.
• Familiarity with brokerage products.
• Experience coordinating across product, legal, risk, and operations teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to guide teams through regulatory reviews and examinations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Legal teams during design, testing, launch, and enhancement of crypto products.
• Advise on regulatory requirements and operational processes for crypto products, including AML and sanctions.
• Develop compliance framework for new products.
• Review features and customer communications for regulatory compliance.
• Provide timely guidance on regulatory developments and product issues.
• Support regulatory examinations, inquiries, filings, and internal reviews, including testing and monitoring.
