Acclaim Technical Services seeks a Senior Engagement Lead to guide a cryptographic modernization program for a national-security customer in Northern Virginia. Qualifications

• 10+ years of Federal cybersecurity, technology, engineering, or mission-delivery experience.
• 5+ years leading complex technical engagements, programs, or major workstreams.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to work on-site in the required location.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer executives and program leadership to align on objectives.
• Own end-to-end execution of contract scope, milestones, and staffing.
• Coordinate cryptographic discovery, inventory, CBOM development, and PQC migration planning.
• Establish delivery governance and ensure quality controls.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities with ATS leadership.
