Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Senior Security Engineer for Digital Asset Custody to serve as the technical authority for custody architecture, key management, and risk posture across digital asset platforms.

The role emphasizes hands-on design of HSMs, MPC, and secure key management, with cross-functional collaboration across security, risk, and operations in a high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience in security-sensitive or cryptographic systems.
• Hands-on experience with HSMs, MPC frameworks, and secure key management systems.
• Experience with Web3 security tooling (Slither, Mythril, Foundry Fuzzing).
• Proficiency in languages like C, C++, Rust, Go.
• Ability to design systems with material risk implications and security-focused architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evolve institutional-grade key management architectures (HSMs, MPC).
• Define custody architecture patterns for hot, warm, and cold storage models.
• Lead the Custody Policy Engine design: authorization, limits, segregation of duties, and auditability.
• Own disaster recovery, incident response runbooks, and post-incident analyses.
• Act as custody architecture authority across wallets, blockchains, and platforms.
