Responsibilities

• Define the technical architecture and product roadmap for cryogenic systems and hardware.
• Lead design, analysis, prototyping, testing, and validation of cryogenic systems.
• Serve as technical authority for cryogenic design, balancing thermal, vibration, and cost factors.
• Drive hands-on development, test campaigns, root-cause analysis, and performance characterization.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver cryogenic products.
• Define and execute manufacturing and production scale-up strategies.
• Establish engineering standards and best practices across cryogenic engineering.
• Provide leadership and mentorship while supporting long-term technology strategy.
• Collaborate with vendors and manufacturing partners on deliverables and planning.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
