Elevate Quantum in Arvada, CO seeks a Quantum Systems Engineer to support the development and operation of cryogenic dilution fridges and online QPU access. You will engage with end users, configure systems, and help with testing workflows in a fast-paced commercialization team.

Successful candidates will have deep hands-on experience in superconducting quantum systems, quantum control, and measurement, plus Python and lab instrumentation expertise. On-site role with occasional travel.

Formación

• Advanced degree in Physics, Applied Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5+ years of hands-on experience with superconducting quantum systems.
• Experience with dilution refrigerators, vacuum systems, and control/measurement instrumentation.
• Familiarity with quantum control, qubit characterization, and benchmarking methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain open-architecture superconducting quantum computer and related infrastructure.
• Complete technical training and knowledge transfer to independently maintain operation and testing workflows.
• Execute benchmarking and validation campaigns with repeatable test protocols.
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and validation protocols.
• Manage customer onboarding, scheduling, and day-to-day testing workflows for external organizations.
• Serve as primary technical contact for customers during testing engagements.
• Maintain system uptime and reliability to support target utilization.
• Assist with other tasks to support technical and operational goals.
