Job summary

Responsibilities include directing drivers and gaugers, maintaining DOT program compliance, scheduling, budgeting support, and detailed recordkeeping.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle or for work purposes.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Crude Transportation Drivers and Crude Oil Gaugers.
• Develop, administer, and enforce FMCSR administrative requirements (driver qualification files, drug and alcohol testing, driver logs).
• Assist Compliance in scheduling, maintaining, and updating employee DOT medical certifications.
• Ensure random DOT drug and alcohol testing for direct reports is conducted efficiently.
• Plan, assign, and evaluate the work of direct reports.
• Manage timecards, overtime, and time-off requests in ADP.
• Maintain daily records for monthly Cost of Operations Statement.
• Assist in monitoring/auditing the department's budget.
