Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Cross Domain Systems Engineer to lead an engineering team in the development and deployment of digital cross-domain solutions for mission-critical national security work. You will translate customer requirements into technical specifications and coordinate with stakeholders across system development and accreditation activities.

Qualifications

• Experience developing requirements, including capability and system-level requirements, hardware, software, interface requirements, user stories, or use cases
• Experience developing technical written deliverables for a system delivery or deployment effort
• Experience with online collaboration and work tracking tools such as Atlassian Suite, including Jira or Confluence and ServiceNow
• Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework and how it applies to system accreditation
• Ability to plan systems delivery and deployment efforts, including developing technical plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk tracking
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II Certification within 6 months of start date

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team in the development and deployment of cross-domain solutions
• Capture, define, and understand user and security requirements; decompose system requirements
• Coordinate with stakeholders during system development, fielding, and accreditation activities
• Plan system integration, testing, and deployment; support RMF accreditation efforts
• Drive data-flow planning, data schemas, and data handling policies
• Lead user training and adoption of new systems
