You will capture and define user and security requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee system integration, testing and accreditation under the Risk Management Framework. The role blends systems engineering, cybersecurity, and customer engagement to advance mission platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience developing requirements including capability and system-level requirements, hardware, software, interface requirements, user stories, or use cases.
• Experience developing technical written deliverables for a system delivery or deployment effort.
• Experience with online collaboration and work tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework and how it applies to system accreditation.
• Ability to plan systems delivery and deployment efforts, including developing technical plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk tracking.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and 5+ years of experience in engineering, or 12+ years of experience in engineering in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II Certification within 6 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team in the development and deployment of digital cross-domain solutions.
• Capture, define, and understand user and security requirements; coordinate with stakeholders across development and fielding activities.
• Decompose hardware, software, interface, and security control requirements; plan system integration and test and deployment activities.
• Support accreditation efforts following the Risk Management Framework and address RTB cross-domain security objectives.
• Lead data-flow planning, data schema definitions, and data handling policies; drive user training and adoption of new systems.
