Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Senior Cross Domain Solution Linux Engineer to maintain and secure large-scale Linux infra powering CDS for Navy meteorological and oceanographic data. You will ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability while supporting high-performance computing and cross-domain access.

The role requires Top Secret clearance, RMF compliance, and hands-on experience with Red Hat Linux and NiFi in classified environments. Onsite collaboration and innovation are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering Red Hat Linux Systems in a moderate-to-large enterprise data center setting.
• 3+ years of experience conducting cybersecurity hardening and system maintenance in accord with Federal or DoW RMF cybersecurity accreditation and authorization requirements.
• Experience supporting IT systems in a classified environment.
• Knowledge of Apache NiFi, its software components, and configuration.
• Top Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.
• Systems administration certification such as COMPTIA Security+ CE.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure Linux infrastructure powering CDS in DoW mission environments.
• Monitor, harden, and configure cross-domain solutions and related IT systems.
• Collaborate with clients to identify issues and implement improvements for mission-critical networks.
