Job summary

CapsLock, a global IT marketing company, seeks a Senior CRO Copywriter to craft persuasive, conversion‑driven copy for landing pages, ads, and video scripts. You will translate complex product features into customer-focused messaging and lead new copy angles based on research and testing.

You will work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Testing teams to analyze results, iterate messaging, and push conversion performance.

Qualifications

• Experience creating persuasive, conversion-focused copy for digital campaigns.
• Ability to translate product features into clear customer value propositions.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create conversion-focused copy for landing pages, ads, and video scripts.
• Research audiences, products, and competitors to inform messaging.
• Develop headlines, hooks, offers, and value propositions.
• Ensure claims are accurate and compliant with requirements.
• Produce copy variations for structured A/B testing and analyze results.
• Collaborate with Marketers, Designers, Video Editors, and others.
• Contribute insights to the copywriting knowledge base.
• Leverage AI tools to improve research, ideation, and production.
