CapsLock is seeking a Senior CRO Copywriter to craft conversion-driven copy for landing pages, ads, and video scripts across global campaigns. You will partner with marketing, creative, and testing teams to optimize messaging using research and A/B results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Direct Response/Performance/Advertising Copywriting experience.
• Native-level English.
• Strong understanding of direct-response principles and conversion-focused writing.
• Proven experience writing landing pages, paid ads, and performance creative.
• Ability to develop headlines, hooks, offers, and messaging angles.
• Experience writing for cold audiences and customer acquisition campaigns.
• Ability to translate features into clear customer benefits.
• Experience creating structured copy variations for A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Create conversion-focused copy for cold-traffic campaigns across landing pages, paid ads, video scripts, advertorials, forms, CTAs, and other funnel assets.
• Research products, customers, competitors, markets, and advertising trends to identify new messaging opportunities.
• Develop compelling headlines, hooks, offers, value propositions, benefits, and creative angles, translating technical product features into clear messaging.
• Ensure advertising claims are accurate, supportable, and compliant with client and platform requirements.
• Create meaningful copy variations for structured A/B testing, analyze performance, and iterate based on results.
• Identify successful copy concepts and adapt them across clients, products, and industries.
• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with Marketers, Designers, Video Editors, Media Buyers, and other team members.
• Use AI tools in the copywriting workflow to improve research, ideation, analysis, and production efficiency.
