Job summary

UCSF Health in San Francisco is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to administer anesthesia for surgical and obstetrical procedures in the operating room or for diagnostic/therapeutic procedures outside the OR, under medical direction from UCSF Medical Center faculty.

This position requires active, unrestricted CA CRNA and RN licenses, NBCRNA certification, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and a master’s degree from an accredited CRNA program; credentialing takes 60–90 days with assigned FPPE

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted CA CRNA and RN licensure
• Current NBCRNA certification and current AHA BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications
• Graduation from an accredited CRNA program with a master's degree

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical or obstetrical procedures in the OR or diagnostic/therapeutic procedures outside the OR under medical direction
• Meet credentialing requirements and complete FPPE procedures as assigned by UCSF OMAG
