Job summary

UCSF Medical Center in San Francisco seeks a CRNA to provide anesthesia for surgical and obstetrical procedures in the OR and for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures outside the OR, under the medical direction of a faculty member from the Department of Anesthesia & Perioperative Care.

The candidate must have at least one year of CRNA experience, CA RN licensure, and be a graduate of an accredited anesthesia program with certification by the Council for Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year CRNA experience.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and CA RN licensure.
• Graduation from an anesthesia school accredited by the Council of Accreditation of Schools of Anesthesia; certification by the Council for Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for surgical and obstetrical procedures in OR.
• Administer anesthesia for diagnostic/therapeutic procedures outside OR under faculty supervision.
